These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.

These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website.

Owning A Radio Controlled Helicopter, Plane or Car
All the products on our website are of the highest quality and are designed to fly properly which means they are strong enough to fly and withstand any normal flight-loads but can BREAK if they are crashed or suffer any bad landings. Sometimes even a seemingly soft landing can damage parts of the unit.
A crash can damage motors, mainboards, servos or ANY part of the helicopter, This could even be on its first flight from new. These will not be covered by warranty in this event.
No warranty claims can be made on physically damaged parts caused by crashing. We do however stock a full range of spares for our models so please get in touch should anything go wrong and it can be fixed.
The Contract Between Us
Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with RC CHOPPERS UK LTD. RC CHOPPERS UK LTD must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.
Once payment has been received RC CHOPPERS UK LTD will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your registration form. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the total price. RC CHOPPERS UK LTD’s acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.
RC CHOPPERS UK LTD is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether. Items that are purchased as a Pre-Order are subject to a date change at any time and the full amount is taken immediately. You may cancel a Pre-Order at anytime.
General Terms
These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non–exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.
Additional terms and conditions may apply for prize competitions, online bidding, pre–release orders and our added value services and offers. If so, you will be alerted to them at the relevant juncture.
These terms and conditions only cover the RC CHOPPERS UK LTD website. Any other websites which are linked to from this site are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites, which are not under our control. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.

Payment Details
RC CHOPPERS UK LTD accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch, Maestro and Delta. All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling. Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion.
Upon receiving your order RC CHOPPERS UK LTD carries out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds in order to fulfil the transaction. No payment is debited from your card during this pre-authorisation check. Your card will only be charged upon dispatch of the items in your order. Your card will not be debited for items in your order which have not been dispatched, apart from magazine subscriptions, which, due to their nature are invoiced before the magazine is dispatched.
Availability of Goods You Order
If RC CHOPPERS UK has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum debited by RC CHOPPERS UK LTD from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and RC CHOPPERS UK LTD will notify you by email at the address given by you in your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. RC CHOPPERS UK LTD will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Please note: we endeavour to bring our customers the best value we can by running special offers, but please remember stocks are limited at the special offer price, and subject to availability. We update our website as quickly as we can to minimise disappointment. The process of updating the website when goods have sold out at promotional price can take a few hours to update.
Returns Policy
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, customers have a 7 day cooling off period in which you can return any item purchased. Any faulty or damaged items must be returned to us to inspect before a replacement part is posted or a refund given. The customer will pay the return postage (which will be trackable national mail service and not private courier) and we will then refund the postage costs if we find the item to be faulty. On some occasions, digital photos will be sufficient. Please allow up to 10 working days for UK delivery. Although we always send via First Class mail, some orders can get lost and take longer. We cannot 100% guarantee a next day delivery on our services. Sometimes due to adverse weather or problems beyond our or our contractors control, deliveries may be delayed. We are unable to offer refunds where we are not at fault.
Returned (unwanted) items must be complete, unopened and in their original packing. For faulty goods within the UK, we will (subject to availability) replace the item and refund your return postage costs (up to £5). For the rest of the EU or items within the UK, returned for reasons other than the product being faulty , we do not normally cover return postage charges. All items returned to us, beleived faulty or unopened must be returned in saleable condition - this includes the product box and packaging.
Before returning items please contact us to discus the problem as we may be able to offer advice that makes a return unnecessary. For returned items that are found not to be faulty. For example a motor that you were unable to start but we can, We reserve the right to charge a £15 testing fee which is payable before the item is returned and in these cases the postage costs are not refundable.
By buying from either our eBay store or from this website you are agreeing to these terms.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (customer’s statutory rights not affected). However a full range of spares are available for all the models we sell and in most cases we can restore your damaged model to full working order by sending you replacement parts.
Changes to This Agreement
RC CHOPPERS UK LTD reserves the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these terms and conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unforeseen, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
