UK Delivery Charges
The cost of delivery is based on the value of your order as per the table below. All orders over £60 are sent via Courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery for security and insurance purposes.

For Next Day Delivery with Interlink, orders must be placed before 1pm and for Special Delivery with Royal Mail, orders must be placed before 2pm. For some remote areas of the UK including Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and other remote and offshore areas, Special Delivery (before 1pm) will be used in place of this service. Where special delivery is not available due to size limits, a two day service will replace the next day service.

EU Deliveries are typically 4-7 working days and prices are based on the total order value as stated below:

Returns - Don’t worry about returns! We are here to help!
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, customers have a 7 day cooling off period in which you can return any item purchased. Any faulty or damaged items must be returned to us to verify before a replacement part is posted or a refund given. On some occasions, digital photos will be sufficient. We apologise for this, but due to false claims in the past, this is neccessary. Please allow up to 3 days for delivery. Although we always send via First Class mail, some orders can get lost and take longer.
Returned (unwanted) items must be complete, unopened and in their original packing. For faulty goods within the UK, we will (subject to availability) replace the item and refund your return postage costs (up to £5). For the rest of the EU, we do not normally cover return postage charges.
Before returning items please contact us to discus the problem as we may be able to offer advice that makes a return unnecessary. For returned items that are found not to be faulty. For example a motor that you were unable to start but we can, We reserve the right to charge a £15 testing fee which is payable before the item is returned and in these cases the postage costs are not refundable.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (customer’s statutory rights not affected). However a full range of spares are available for all the models we sell and in most cases we can restore your damaged model to full working order by sending you replacement parts.
