Delivery & Returns

To see the cost of delivery, add the items you need to your basket and click on 'view basket'. This shows you the standard price. You can upgrade to the Express Delivery option after you have entered your delivery details.
We offer two methods of delivery within the UK:
- Standard Delivery: 2-3 Days (Royal Mail 48)
- Express Delivery: Next Day* (Interlink Express)
*For next day delivery, please order by 2pm.

Dispatch & Delivery
We deliver all over the UK & Europe, and the World! We aim to despatch orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday-Friday) on the same day, subject to item availability. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following working day. Express Deliveries with Interlink deliveries must be booked in before 2:00pm at the very latest and will be sent the next day if this deadline is missed. Interlink do not deliver on Saturdays.
Delivery Charges
All delivery charges are calculated at the basket page. Once you have added all items to the basket, your options and prices can be seen. Our delivery prices can also be found on the menu to the left although more options are available when you checkout.
Returns & Refunds
We hope that you will be happy with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. Our return address is:

Faulty / Damaged Items
Sometimes items don't behave as they should and we will need to repair or replace something for you. Please contact us to discuss your return prior to returning any items. Faulty or damaged goods may be returned to us using a Royal Mail recorded service only. Please do NOT use a 24 hour service as we will not be able to refund your costs. We will then issue you with a credit note to reimburse your costs.
Please Note: Products with signs of heavy collision and use may not be covered under warranty but a full range of spares and parts are available for each model. Unfortunately, we cannot supply or repair customer damaged items free of charge unless there is a manufacturers fault.
Unwanted Items
If you would like to cancel an order after it has been dispatched, you must return the products to us at your cost unopened and within their original packaging. As long as the order is returned within 30 days, we will credit you with the price of the products, less 10% restocking fee if the products are not faulty.
